The 4 first fruits that we could give to baby

When we entered the Complementary feeding, the First Fruits that we can give to baby are

The apple: Rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, C, folic acid, and minerals as iron and calcium. Its a fruit that has no allergens such as strawberry. The texture and flavor allows to be accepted for babies. 


Pears: rich in vitamin C, potassium, calcium and fiber, allows adjustment of the bowel. A soft, sweet fruit easily accepted by babies. 


Papaya: Its an interesting fruit because is rich in vitamins and minerals, and also has a substance called lycopene, it prevents and repairs damage to cells caused by free radicals. Just for Who Want to know the influence of  Free radicals in our body, I leave here an explanation: 
"Free radicals are in human body by it normal functioning, like breathing and physical activity. ans also are formed as a result of smoking, overexposure to sunlight, air pollution and stress. They are highly reactive, and is not controlled, can damage the molecules and healthy cells of the human body. This can contribute to the development of various diseases such as cancer and cardiovascular disease. 

And finally a banana: the superfruit rich in MANY vitamins as A, C, B9 (folic acid), B2 (riboflavin), Among Others and minerals as potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium and iron. Is the most tasty and nutritious fruit. 
The banana is a natural sleep aid, is thanks to potassium and magnesium present in the banana that act as muscle relaxants and could help you sleep better,
